Install Coordinator
Overview
At Power Support Partners, we exist to be a LITE in the Darkness. We aim to be the largest, most empowering, and most purposeful generator company.
Our values guide how we work:

- Execute with Excellence: We move fast, own outcomes, and deliver quality.
The Role
Our Install Coordinators are our experts in scheduling all aspects of generator installations, from coordinating with the customer to scheduling for our crews and our key third parties for our generator installations across all municipalities in which we operate. This role will coordinate installations across each of our markets, from Florida to Georgia to Tennessee.
What You Will Do
- Coordinating directly with our customers to schedule their installations.
- Managing the dispatch board for installation crews across multiple locations.
- Collaborating with other coordination and customer service teams to resolve customer escalations.
- Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities for our coordination department.
- Tracking and following up on installations to ensure they are completed fully and in a timely manner.
What Success Looks Like (Your Scorecard)
- Your projects are scheduled quickly and completely: When a project hits your desk, you waste no time in scheduling. Your projects are scheduled across all parties within 3 days from hitting your desk.
- Your projects are error-free: You dot every “i” and cross every “t”, ensuring that the job is completely and accurately scheduled.
- Customers are “wowed” by your efficiency: Your communication and diligence with scheduling impresses our customers and leaves them with a positive experience in their install coordination.
- Cross-functional teams trust your work: From the field teams to finance teams, your internal partners know that projects you schedule are done well and in accordance with our policies and processes.
- Your documentation is thorough: Our system of record (ServiceTitan) always has the most accurate, up-to-date, clear information about your projects.
Ideal Background and Experience
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
